Loans; Donations and Bequests

Loans; Donations and Bequests will play an important part in building the Capital Fund which will take us to the goals set out in our Mission Statement.

As proposed earlier, your Board brought a significant rule change to the 2009 AGM which protects the Captial Fund.

A 75%  member “yes” vote is now necessary before any monies can be  transferred to BTFC Ltd.  No transfer will be recommended by your Board until it is satisfied that legally agreed ways of protecting the value of our money (by Loan Agreement or otherwise) have been negotiated with the Club Board

We are be happy to accept written “Pledges” without the transfer of any money taking place. The knowledge of what you intend will assist us in our planning, yet remain confidential to your Board until you wish it to be made public.
