Possibly the most important part of the Trusts work this year is to encourage relationships (financial or otherwise) between The B.E.S.T. and the local business sector in Bedfordshire.

The main purpose of this work is to confirm that our new approach to the ownership model  and governance of the Bedford Town Football Club is both achievable sustainable in the longer term, when such change becomes possible.

The Commercial Group of the Trust is beginning to develop this aspect of our work. The Group is looking for at least one more Trust member to join us on the Team.

If you own or run a business – or have a friend colleague or relative who does, do please consider whether you could arrange a discussion with us. Ours is not a high pressure sales approach, and   we will work hard to develop a reciprocal advertising  and social relationship with the business  seen as a partner, and not merely a source of income .
