Phil Lotan

Phil Lotan was co-opted onto the Trust Board during 2008 because of his valued knowledge and experience in the local government; political and charitable fields.

An Eagles fan for many years, Phil is also a fan of the egg chasing “Blues” – a matter which will be pursued no further here – but we are pleased he is on side with The B.E.S.T.
